CB2 is Our New Home Crush

CB2 is one of our new favorite go-to sources to shop. The eclectic mix of modern and traditional items is so appealing, and surprisingly affordable! Honestly, it really wasn’t on our radar much, especially since we tend to lend more traditional in style and Crate & Barrel is known for it’s modern aesthetic. But, wow, have we been blown away lately!

For starters, their accessories and decor are priced so well and stunning. We love that there are online reviews and photos, and that it’s a retailer that we can trust with a good return policy. If you are currently styling bookshelves, or want to snag a few pieces to inexpensively and easily update your home, you should check out their selection.

This burlwood dining table is really what put us over the edge in our love affair. The price is not a typo. $699 for a burlwood dining table seating six! I almost bought one immediately because I thought, “there is no way this price will remain this low”. But now, a few months later, it has over 100 great reviews and is still sitting at the same price. So, if you thought burlwood was out of your budget, think again!

They carry tons of basics, with an edge (they even have a category dedicated to “interesting objects” - sign me up!) To us, much of their furniture is the perfect way to make a space feel current, even if you typically prefer transitional interiors. If you are updating a bathroom, the mirrors and hardware selection is tough to beat for the style and price.
